Summer 2025 Weekly Art Classes Tuesdays at 5:30 PM (ages 5-9)

What will students learn?

• Learn basic art techniques like color mixing, shading, and brushwork

• Explore drawing and sketching with a focus on line, shape, and perspective

• Try both acrylic and watercolor painting to understand how different mediums behave

• Experiment with abstract art and creative expression in a judgment-free space

No experience needed—just come ready to try new things and have fun!

Our art lessons for kids aim to provide a supportive space that can help little artists develop their artistic skills, creativity, and self-expression.

What is the structure of the classes?

All of our kids’ classes are project based. However, each project period of four weeks may be filled with multiple pieces. The time spent on each project depends completely on the needs and direction of the class. Art is fluid and we need to be the same!  *All supplies and registration fees are included in the price of the class.
